I developed Fit Vegan Muscle to put together the best Workout Program to Build Fit Muscles on a Plant based Vegan Diet. After many years training clients my biggest challenge was making them do their homework, you know… like eating healthy, changing their mindset, enjoying working out on their own and creating new habits. I was getting sick and tired of being a “babysitter” for clients. I had to create a system where my clients could finally empower themselves to do the necessary actions outside of the gym when I was not around so they could get sustainable results for LIFE!
After analyzing my client’s habits and psychology and after testing many ways to help them, I created a 7 Foundations System with simple and actionable steps that will reshape the Body, Nutrition and Life of any participant. My system makes sure that nothing is left out and the process becomes simple, safe, effective, motivating and sustainable! Nowadays I apply my 7 Foundation System on myself and all my clients with 100% success rate!
